Dennis joined Investors Bank in 2012 and assisted in the creation of Investors University, whose primary goal is to provide continuous learning opportunities for members of the Investors Bank Team and to assist those members by helping them achieve their career and life goals. Prior to joining The Bank, he co-founded FTC Methods Inc. in 2004, a highly successful professional development and consulting firm. Throughout his career, Dennis has dedicated himself to helping others be their best by sharing the most effective principles and how to apply them.

CRIS GUNTER, AIA, NCARB – Senior Associate VP, CallisonRTKL, Inc.

Having managed programs, teams and studios for 25 years, Cris is skilled at overseeing complex projects from conception to completion. His collaborative style has helped him develop and implement scores of branded environments for clients internationally, and as a former retailer, he shares a keen operational and customer service sensibility. Some of the financial institutions with whom Cris has worked include: Capital One, Columbia Bank, Seattle Bank, SunTrust Bank, Wells Fargo and many others. As Cris relates, “Our challenge is to create strategic design solutions that meet the needs of our clients- and exceed the expectations of their customer.”

TIM QUINN - Branch Solution Sales Specialist, NCR Corporation

Tim’s main focus is on helping community financial institutions develop customer centered branch transformation programs that are right for their organization, and helping them drive earnings growth by establishing a better customer engagement platform in their branches. Prior to joining NCR, he spent 25 years with Bank of America and its legacy companies primarily in the retail and small business strategy space, including the position of Manager of Retail Distribution Strategy and Analysis. In addition, Tim also was a principal at Washington DC based Capital Performance Group.
